A message from Seas It’s Founder & Director, Amanda McGovern:
On behalf of everyone involved with Seas It, I want to thank you for coming out and making our Team Gov Invitational 5k such a fun and successful event.
This race couldn’t have happened without the energy, motivation, and willingness to help from: The Borough of Allenhurst and Mayor David McLaughlin, the Allenhurst Police Department and Captain Mike Schneider, the Allenhurst Fire Department and Fire Chief Mike Powers, and Jamie Thomas. Seas It is extremely lucky to have such incredible local support and encouragement. Thank you!
The proceeds of the event go directly toward our Patient & Caregiver Grant Program. Our goal at Seas It is to be able to help as many people battling cancer as possible. We want to continue to encourage cancer patients and caregivers to seize the day. We believe in living, playing, and healing beyond cancer. By participating in our Team Gov Invitational 5k, you are directly contributing toward making the lives of cancer patients and their caregivers a little better. Thank you so much!
Thanks again for your participation and for Seas-ing It! We look forward to seeing you at next year’s 5k on July 16th.
