Hello again everyone,

I have never been more eager to write an update on Todd than at the present moment. We just got back from our appointment with Todd's oncologist and I am happy to report that Team Gov has a new favorite word in the English language: remission! I can't believe I actually get to tell you that Todd is in complete remission...we are just so happy and we feel so blessed at this moment.

All of Todd's test results came back normal which means that he will NOT have to go back on chemotherapy any time soon. We will monitor Todd's health very closely with routine CAT scans, MRIs, blood work, and colonoscopy procedures.

As per the Doctor's order, we will just enjoy life and live for the moment. I know this e-mail cannot convey to you how ecstatic we are right now. Some of you might need a visual, and so I ask you to remember Howard Dean's campaign speech and his unbridled enthusiasm...we’re not quite as nutty but you get the idea.

I know many of you will be joining us at the 1st Annual Team Gov Invitational on July 23rd. We will all raise the cup then and congratulate Todd on his victory against Cancer.

As always, Todd and I want to thank you for all that you have done for us. Your continuous support, love, friendship, and faith helped guide us to where we are today.
